The Swiss School of Photography was founded by two working professionals who love teaching as much as shooting. We run small, hands-on courses and private tuition in Zürich and Lugano — and we lead photo tours to some of the world’s most beautiful places.

Raffaele grew up between the Sardinian coast and the Swiss mountains. His photography began during his engineering and computer-forensics studies, when an HDR imaging project for a police investigation turned into a lifelong passion.
Today he’s an award-winning landscape, travel and automotive photographer and videographer. He collaborates with Sony Switzerland and Nikon Switzerland, and is a brand ambassador for Datacolor, Skylum, f-stop, PolarPro and Haida. You’ll find his work at @mixyourshot.

Nika’s career began in global management consulting before moving into digital marketing and brand strategy. Photography drew her in, and she now teaches photography and social-media strategy in Zürich and Lugano, and organises our international photo tours.
She is also an artist in her own right — an abstract photographer and mixed-media artist who transforms elements of nature into quiet, reflective images. See her work at nikakeller.art.
