Payment has to be made in full in order to secure your place at any course or workshop of your choice. The website processes payments through the services Stripe.com or Bank Transfer.
Some workshops/courses will take place only when a minimum of 2 participants would be registered for the workshop/course. In an unlikely case, if you will be the only 1 registered participant, we will contact you by email and reschedule your appointment for the next available and convenient date, or offer a refund.
Reimagined Multimedia KLG offers photography workshops in Switzerland and within Europe, photography products, prints, gadgets and digital downloads. For digital downloads, the delivery will be done via email or download link communicated after the verification of the payment. For physical goods, if available in stock your product will be shipped promptly upon verification of the payment for your order. If you pre-ordered a product, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date, in which event you may cancel your order at any time prior to its shipment. Specific terms relating to your order might be provided to you at the time you place your order. In no event will we pay you interest for any prepaid orders. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
Reimagined Multimedia KLG reserves the right to terminate the service if the instructor experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from the client.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform its obligations due to an event beyond the control of such party, including, but not limited to, any Act of God, terrorism, pandemic, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of that party’s control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, or which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any party affected by such an event shall inform the other party and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with these terms and conditions.

The Swiss School of Photography (Reimagined Multimedia KLG) and its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for hotels, tours, transportation, or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual customers, shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act or default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours.
Furthermore, the Swiss School of Photography (Reimagined Multimedia KLG) and its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, accident, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.
