The reschedule or cancellations should be requested in writing by email.
If you notify us more than 14 days before the class date, you will be given the choice of:
1) a full refund.
2) a transfer to another course (other course dates are subject to availability).
If you notify us less than 14 days before the class date, you will be given the choice of:
1) a transfer to another course (other course dates are subject to availability).
2) a 50% refund of the total amount paid for the course.
If you notify us less than 7 days before the class date, you will be given the choice of:
1) a transfer to another course (other course dates are subject to availability).
2) 50% refund of the total amount paid for the course only if we manage to fill the place from the waiting list. Otherwise, no refund will be available.
If you notify us less than 72 hours before the class date, or if you fail to present yourself at the course then we regret that there will be no refund and no transfer to another course.
Swiss School of Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a group course if the required number of at least two participants has not been reached.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or reschedule a course due to the tutor’s illness, we will reschedule the course or offer a transfer to another course up to the same value. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or reschedule a course due to the tutor’s absence or in any other circumstances, we will offer a full refund or transfer to another course up to the same value.
Refunds will be paid by the same method that the original payment was made, it usually takes 5-10 working days to reach back your account.

We recommend you to get a Trip Cancellation & Travel and Health/Accident Insurances after booking your trip. It is your responsibility to have proper coverage for the Country you will be visiting during our Photo Tours. If you would like to cancel the Photo Tour, you must send us an email notification. Please note your cancellation is not considered official until you have received a return email confirmation acknowledging your cancellation.
We hope you don’t need to cancel your spot, but if a situation arises where you don’t have a choice, our cancellation policy is the following.
If you cancel and your place is filled, we will refund you the full amount you have paid towards the tuition, minus a 300 CHF service charge. If you cancel and your place does not fill, then you will be refunded according to the following schedule, based on the full fee of the Photo Tour:

In the unlikely case that we must cancel a Photo Tour, in case of force majeure or in case the minimum number of two participants is not met, we will refund you the Photo Tour cost, or alternatively offer a rescheduling to another date or another Photo Tour. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, equipment buy/rental, or any other expense that occurred to you, only the Photo Tour cost would be refunded.
It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of nationality and destination, to check with the consulate of the country they are visiting for current entry requirements, including Covid Certificates and/or, where required, Covid-Tests.
As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice, we recommend that you verify health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate prior to departure.
Under no circumstances will Swiss School of Photography (Reimagined Multimedia KLG) or its agents, affiliates, service providers, suppliers, and/or distributors be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known, or otherwise):
The Swiss School of Photography (Reimagined Multimedia KLG) and its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for hotels, tours, transportation, or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual customers, shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act or default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours.
Furthermore, the Swiss School of Photography (Reimagined Multimedia KLG) and its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, accident, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.
